3 DAYS XUAN SON JUNGLE EXPEDITION

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 21 October 2011, Vietnam Jeep Tours (VJT) has organized one new trekking tour to Xuan Son National Park in Phu Tho Province for active travelers. This trip is a unique combination of both adventure challenge and cultural exploration.

The first day is just a warm up trek from the park gate into Du village about 5 km, where visitors can experience an overnight at their traditional houses (stilt houses), chatting with the local hosts to learn about their local lives with forests and observe how the local women cook their traditional dinners.

The second day is the most challenging day of this journey, we will conquer to the Ten Mountain (1000 km above the sea levels) by following a rough and rocky jungle trails. Reaching the top of the peak awards travelers an epic panorama of Xuan Son Jungle & Mountains. After lunch break and photo-hunts at this peak we will descend and walk back to Du village, where a warm dinner cooked by friendly hostess waits for us.

The last day of this journey is a long trekking day with distance 14 km to discover Coi Hamlet. This hamlet is home to Muong Ethnic Minority People and the remotest place in the Jungle with human existence in Xuan Son National Park. Arrive small Coi Hamlet, we cannot miss a visit at mysterious Coi Cave and a local lunch with their legendary food “Nine-Spurs Chicken”.

Leaving this Coi Hamlet for a walk back to Du Village and say good-bye to beautiful Xuan Son National Park before a car drive will take us back to bustling Hanoi. A second visit to This Park will be always open for us to visit other beautiful corners of Xuan Son Jungle.

This trip can be done in dry season (from January to May). And it is suitable for individual or small group of travellers to travel. For more information please click here or contact via adventure@vietnamjeeptours.com / hotline: +84 909 602 370.
